I am an elementary school teacher…I've taught 5th grade for many years and am presently teaching fourth grade
I strongly believe in the mind-body-spirit connection and healthful living. My 15y.o. daughter and I are vegetarians and yogis.
I am presently being treated for breast cancer, which unfortunately has metastasized to my bones.
I love reading about buddhist and yoga philosophy. I also try to live by the yamas and niyamas of yoga. I believe that angry and difficult people are best dealt with in a loving way.
I enjoy writing (read my blog–updated weekly)—I love music….alternative and classic rock, mostly…and reading.
