     I am an elementary school teacher…I teach fifth grade (children aged 9-11).
     I strongly believe in the mind-body-spirit connection and healthful living.  My 13 y.o. daughter and I are vegetarians and yogis.
     I love reading about buddhist and yoga philosophy.  I also try to live by the yamas and niyamas of yoga.  I believe that angry and difficult people are best dealt with in a loving way.
     I enjoy writing (read my blog–updated M-F…on zaadz)—I love music….alternative and classic rock, mostly…and  reading.
