I am presently being treated for breast cancer, which unfortunately has metastasized to my bones.
     I love reading about buddhist and yoga philosophy.  I also try to live by the yamas and niyamas of yoga.  I believe that angry and difficult people are best dealt with in a loving way.
     I enjoy writing (read my blog–updated weekly)—I love music….alternative and classic rock, mostly…and  reading.
     Here's a wish I send to people in my life….difficult, or otherwise:
     May you feel protected and safe
    May you feel contented and pleased
    May your body support you with strength
    May your life unfold with ease
